Call for Papers & Nominations Participants
The application form is attached in the end of this document. The title and abstract of the presentation paper and the participant’s name should be received by Mie University no later than June 28, 2017. The final manuscript is due August 30.

Notice for Authors
Authors are requested to prepare manuscripts in English in the appropriate format. Each author accepts full responsibility for the content of his/her own paper and ensures that the paper submitted to this Seminar has never been published elsewhere. The copy right of the proceedings of the Seminar belongs to the Organization Committee of The 24th Tri-U International Joint Seminar & Symposium 2017.
Oral Presentation Sessions & Poster Sessions
Authors will be given fifteen minutes for oral presentations plus five minutes question time (total of twenty minutes). In addition, questions, answers and discussions will be freely exchanged during poster sessions. Authors are expected to provide materials for poster sessions as well.
Awards for Best Presenters
We intend to give the Best Presentation Award to an author of each theme. Authors are encouraged to mark on of the five themes clearly on an application form.
Language
English is the official language at the Seminar. Interpreting will not be officially provided.

All participants should register for the meeting on October 23, 2017 as shown in the schedule below.
