The following is the tentative schedule for activities during the event. The finalized program will be sent in September.

Pick-up and Transportation
All the delegations are requested to arrive at the Chubu Centrair International Airport, Nagoya on October 23, 2017. Our staff will meet you at the airport. We would like to know your travel schedule as soon as possible. Delegations are expected to arrive to be in time for the Opening Ceremony at 9:00 pm on October 24, 2017
Accommodation
Hotel accommodations will be arranged by Mie University for all the participants during the program held from the night of October 23 to the morning of October 26 (4 nights and 5 days).
Visas
Participants from foreign countries may contact the Embassy or Consulate of Japan in their vicinity for visa applications. We will prepare and provide the necessary documents for your entry visa. We would appreciate it if you could contact us for the necessary documents as early as possible.
